Ordering & Payments
 
Sugar Clay Cafe/ Sugar Mint Castle accepts payment for orders via Paypal. Paypal allows you to check out as a guest and accepts all major credit and debit cards.

Payments are processed at checkout. You will receive an e-mail confirmation including your order number, shipping & billing address. Please be sure your email address is correct.


Once your order is processed and shipped, you will be notified by email with a tracking number for your tracking convenience. Click here for more on shipping services
 

Custom Orders and Restocks

Production times can vary for custom and restocked items. Please expect a longer wait time for special orders and item restocks.

When an item is shipped out, it is inspected and sent in good standing. If an item you receive is damaged please send an email with details.

Returns & Cancellations

If you have already paid for an order, it cannot be cancelled if it has already been processed. No returns accepted only exchanges in person or by mail shipped by the recipient or store credit.
