The Artist
Jenny is a self taught solo artist whose talent for crafting and art started in the 80's, venturing as an entrepreneur at the age of 13. Fascinated with miniature toys from Japan and gaining skill in ceramics she started to make miniatures in 1994.
"Crafting for friends, is a wonderful start, but I wanted to share joy with everyone. Seeing people smile and bringing joy is the most important part of crafting."

Craft shows and farmers markets were the start of a new road for miniature sweets and cute food themes. As Japanese fashion, "decoden" and sweet themes emerged, Sugar Clay Cafe became official in 2008 and finally joined the Artist Alley at conventions.
Now growing and expanding, Sugar Mint Castle and Kawaii Caplets are part of the all inclusive brand title Sugar Clay Cafe encompassing popular styles of product and happy pieces hoping to make you smile!
