We do provide Tracking During Covid-19 and Holidays please expect a delay with the currior service.

We will send each item packaged securly, labeled correctly with name and address provided and the item in perfect shape when mailed to its new home. Sometimes packages get lost in the mail :( We will certainly track it down. An item is officially lost after 30 days. We know your purchases are meant to bring joy and we are happy to help get the item to its destination any way we can.

Orders may incur customs fees or taxes charged by your country as a law. Please check with your customs office to see if you will have a fee charged for recieving your package.
